Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 26, 2023, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 25, 2026.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 12, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the first decretal thereof the words "Judiciary Law § 35" and substituting therefor the words "Family Court Act § § 1118 and 1120."
