Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 3, 2024. By order to show cause dated April 22, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled matter on the ground that it has been rendered academic, and/or is superseded by an order of the same court dated January 21, 2025.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
