Appeals by Citibank, N.A., from six orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 31, 2025, May 8, 2025, October 27, 2025, October 31, 2025, December 15, 2025, and December 30, 2025, respectively, and two judgments of the same court dated December 15, 2025, and December 30, 2025, respectively, and separate appeals by Zeichner, Ellman & Krause, LLP, and Bryan D. Leinbach from the orders dated October 27, 2025, and October 31, 2025. Joint motion by Citibank, N.A., Zeichner, Ellman & Krause, LLP, Bryan D. Leinbach, and Abraham S. Mazloum (1) to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated May 8, 2025, October 27, 2025, and October 31, 2025, (2) in effect, to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated October 27, 2025, and October 31, 2025, with the appeals from the orders dated December 15, 2025, and December 30, 2025, and the judgments, (3) for leave to file one single petitioner-respondent's brief concerning all of the appeals, (4) to extend the petitioner-respondent's time to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order dated January 31, 2025, and to set a briefing schedule with respect to the other appeals, (5) for leave to file oversized briefs, and (6) for leave to file one single reply brief concerning all of the appeals and to extend the time to file the reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated May 8, 2025, October 27, 2025, and October 31, 2025, is granted, and those appeals shall be perfected on or before July 23, 2026; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to consolidate the appeals is from the orders dated October 27, 2025, and October 31, 2025, with the appeals from the orders dated December 15, 2025, and December 30, 2025, and the judgments is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file one petitioner-respondent's brief concerning all of the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the petitioner-respondent's time to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order dated January 31, 2025, and to set a briefing schedule with respect to the other appeals is granted, and the petitioner-respondent shall serve and file separate briefs with respect each separately perfected appeal on or before September 8, 2026; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file oversized briefs is denied without prejudice to making applications for leave to file an oversized brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(h); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file one single reply brief concerning all of the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to file a reply brief is denied without prejudice to seeking an extension of time to serve and file reply briefs, if so advised, after the petitioner-respondent's briefs are filed.
