[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Andrew H. Kulak, inter alia, for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law and for waiver of the time requirement for the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam in relation to the motion for reinstatement (see 22 NYCRR 1240.16[b]). Kulak was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on January 14, 1980, under the name Andrew Harris Kulak. By opinion and order dated June 22, 2022, this Court suspended Kulak from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing July 22, 2022 (see Matter of Kulak, 206 AD3d 149).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto,
it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Andrew H. Kulak, admitted as Andrew Harris Kulak, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CHAMBERS, JJ., concur.
