Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 2, 2025. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated April 27, 2026, the appellant was required to comply with the scheduling order within 30 days of the date of the scheduling order, or the appeal would be dismissed without further notice. The appellant has failed to comply with the scheduling order.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated April 27, 2026, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
