Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 16, 2025, and March 12, 2026, respectively. Motion by Meyer Gutnick and Bedford Realty Management, LLC, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 16, 2025. Separate motion by Meyer Gutnick and Bedford Realty Management, LLC, to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the time to perfect and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to consolidate the appeals and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 16, 2025, is granted, and on or before August 7, 2026, Meyer Gutnick and Beford Realty Management, LLC shall serve and file the record or appendix and their appellant's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and their appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and their appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
