Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2021.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that on or before August 7, 2026, the appellant, Deidre Galloway, Individually and Co-Conservator and Co-Administrator of the Estate of Julia T. Sanders, shall advise this Court, in writing, of the name and address of new counsel, or the appearance of Deidre Galloway as Co-Conservator and Co-Administrator of the Estate of Julia T. Sanders will be stricken from the brief filed by former counsel, and the appeal will be dismissed insofar as taken by Deidre Galloway as Co-Conservator and Co-Administrator of the Estate of Julia T. Sanders, without further notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the parties to the appeal by uploading a copy of this decision an order on motion to the NYSCEF system, and upon the appellant via email to the email address provided to this Court, or if no email address is available for service by regular mail.
