[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Morrie I. Levine for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Levine was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 16, 1992. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 27, 2020, Levine was suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law § § 90(2) and 468-a.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Morrie I. Levine is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Morrie I. Levine to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
