Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 15, 2025.
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before July 30, 2026, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement reply brief containing both the appellant's contentions in reply to the brief filed by the attorney for the child and the brief filed by the respondents, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement reply brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; upon the filing the replacement reply brief, the appellant's previously filed reply brief will be stricken; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
