[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 24, 2025, July 7, 2025, July 8, 2026, and August 1, 2025, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated July 24, 2025, and July 7, 2025, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders issued ex parte (see CPLR 5701, 5704); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated July 8, 2026, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that is not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701) and we decline to grant leave; and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated August 1, 2025, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
