Appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 17, 2025, September 9, 2025, September 12, 2025, September 10, 2025 and September 8, 2025, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated September 17, 2025, September 12, 2025, and September 10, 2025, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated September 9, 2025, and September 8, 2025, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders issued ex parte (see CPLR 5701, 5704).
