On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated June 18, 2026, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by Alicia Ann Matusheski, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 22, 2014, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Alicia Matusheski Khaled.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Alicia Ann Matusheski to Alicia Matusheski Khaled effective immediately.
