Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 14, 2023. Motion by the appellants to enlarge the record to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include Supreme Court NYSCEF Document No. 81 is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the record to include Supreme Court NYSCEF Document Nos. 52, 54, 101, and 115, are denied as unnecessary as this material is properly part of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, pages 907-944, 948-1051, and 1057-1087 are stricken from the record, and on or before August 14, 2026, the appellants shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record that does not contain the stricken material at pages 907-944, 948-1051, and 1057-1087, that contains NYSCEF Document No. 81, and that is in other respects the same as the record previously filed.
