Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 2025. The appeal by Lincoln Apartment Management LP was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant TBG Xinan Crystal Hill, LLC to extend the time to perfect its appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
