[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 17, 2025, May 20, 2026, May 21, 2026, and May 22, 2026, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated September 17, 2025, May 20, 2026, and May 21, 2026, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders of a support magistrate before objections have been reviewed by a judge of the Family Court (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated May 22, 2026, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
GENOVESI, J.P., WOOTEN, VOUTSINAS and GOLIA, JJ., concur.
