Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 20, 2024, and February 21, 2024, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2026, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until June 10, 2026. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
