Appeal by Jiaxin K. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 20, 2025. By scheduling order of this Court dated January 16, 2026, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by April 6, 2026. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
