[*1]Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Allegany County Court, rendered December 12, 2025, and to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to the extent it seeks withdrawal of counsel is granted, and Andrew DiPasquale, Esq. is relieved of his assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before September 14, 2026, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
