[*1]Appellant having moved for permission to proceed with a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered April 30, 2026,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed with a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses is denied, with leave to renew upon the filing and service of a new motion that includes, among other things, a description of appellant's current living arrangements including the method by which the costs for food, clothing, shelter and medical care are met for herself and the dependents in her household. A complete financial affidavit must itemize all of appellant's income and assets including the value of any real estate owned by appellant.
