[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 6, 2025. Motion by the appellants to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g). Motion by the respondents Rosenberg & Estis, PC to strike stated portions of the record and appellants' brief on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record. Motion by the respondents 200 Corbin Owners Corp. to strike stated portions of the record and appellants' brief on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record. Separate applications by the respondents Rosenberg & Estis, PC, Elton Cohn, 200 Corbin Owners Corp., Corbin Realty, LLC, and Mannion Auctions, LLC, to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellants, and the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motions by the respondents Rosenberg & Estis, PC and the respondents 200 Corbin Owners Corp., and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is extended, and on or before August 19, 2026, the appellants shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellants' brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions by Rosenberg & Estis, PC and 200 Corbin Owners Corp. are denied as premature; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are denied as premature.
