Motion by the respondent Emanuel Strong for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated January 18, 2024, which determined appeals from two orders of the District Court, Nassau County, First District, entered August 18, 2022, and December 22, 2022, respectively, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 31, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
