Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 26, 2025. Motion by Phyllis Adelson to substitute Phyllis Adelson, as personal representative of the estate of Seymour Adelson, for the deceased respondent Seymour Adelson, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Phyllis Adelson, as personal representative of the estate of Seymour Adelson, is substituted for the deceased respondent Seymour Adelson, and the caption is amended accordingly.
