The City Court of Middletown will re-open on Friday February 10th

The Court was closed February 8th and 9th. Adjournment notices will be mailed to all parties scheduled to appear in Court on February 8th and 9th.

DIRECTIONS TO COURTHOUSE:

FROM NEWBURGH AND POINTS EAST
Take Route 84 West to Exit 4W onto Route 17 West (future Interstate Route 86), Go less then a mile to Exit 120 (Middletown)
At the end of the exit ramp turn left at light onto Rte 211. Stay on Rte 211 approximately 2-3 miles into City of Middletown (the road becomes a two lane street).
About two blocks after you pass the old Railroad Station on the right, you will come to a traffic light. Turn left at the light onto North Street, go to the second traffic light and make a right onto Depot Street. The Library (formerly a Railroad Station) will be on your right. Within a block, this is now called James Street. There is a municipal parking lot on the left. Across James Street from the parking lot is the entrance to City Court between the Police Station and City Hall.

FROM NEW YORK CITY AND POINTS SOUTH
Take the New York State Thruway North to Exit 16 (just before the Harriman Toll Plaza).
Take Rte 17 West (future Interstate Rte 86) to Exit 120
At the end of the exit ramp turn left at light onto Rte 211. Stay on Rte 211 approximately 2-3 miles into City of Middletown (the road becomes a two lane street).
About two blocks after you pass the old Railroad Station on the right, you will come to a traffic light. Turn left at the light onto North Street, go to the second traffic light and make a right onto Depot Street. The Library (formerly a Railroad Station) will be on your right. Within a block, this is now called James Street. There is a municipal parking lot on the left. Across James Street from the parking lot is the entrance to City Court between the Police Station and City Hall.

FROM PORT JERVIS AND POINTS WEST
Take Rte 84 East to Exit 3 towards Middletown.
At end of Exit Ramp you will merge onto Rte 17M which will become Dolson Avenue. Stay on Dolson Avenue (it will become a two lane street) - until you come to a traffic light at Fulton Street, turn left onto Fulton Street (this is a wide street with a grass island in center).
Go to the third traffic light which is Canal Street and turn right
At traffic light at the top of the hill, go straight and you will now be on James Street. Turn right into municipal parking lot. Across James street is the entrance to City Court between the Police Station and City Hall.

FROM POINTS NORTH (ALBANY)
Take New York State Thruway South to Rte 84 East to Exit 4W to Rte 17W (future Rte 86) to exit 120.
At the end of the exit ramp turn left at light onto Rte 211. Stay on Rte 211 approximately 2-3 miles into City of Middletown (the road becomes a two lane street).

FROM BINGHAMTON
Take Rte 17 East to Exit 120 (Middletown)
At end of exit ramp merge onto Rte 211.
Stay on Rte 211 approximately 2-3 miles into City of Middletown (the road becomes a two lane street).
