What is the Court Help Center?

The Ninth Judicial District Court Help Center employs a staff attorney and a court analyst to provide free court and procedural information to the public. They are neutral parties who cannot give legal advice or tell you the best way to handle your case.

The Help Center staff can provide information about the Supreme Court on the following topics:

  • how to commence cases
  • how to answer cases
  • basics of filling out court forms
  • court procedure
  • referrals to appropriate state agencies and community organizations
  • finding the appropriate court
