The ACJE will only respond to ethics inquiries from New York State judges or quasi-judicial officials regarding their own prospective conduct. Here are resources for other court-related ethics inquiries.
Judicial Campaign Ethics Center
If you are a candidate for elective judicial office, you should contact the Judicial Campaign Ethics Center for advice and information on ethics matters relating to or arising out of your prospective campaign conduct. Unified Court System Ethics Commission
If you are a judge, justice, court employee, or judicial candidate with questions about the financial disclosure statements you may need to file pursuant to 22 NYCRR Part 40 or 22 NYCRR 100.5(A)(4)(g), please contact the UCS Ethics Commission. Non-Judicial Ethics Helpline
There is a new helpline available for all non-judicial employees to call if they have questions concerning ethical issues related to our workplace.
