Access to the Clerk's Office after 4:30 p.m. is limited to emergency applications. Please see below for specific office and courtroom hours.
Courtrooms generally open 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F. and are closed 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. The first call of the calendar is usually 9:30 a.m. But you must check your court papers for locations and times.
Cashiering Services are open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Windows for Interpreters, Answers and Orders To Show Cause are open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F.
The HP (“Housing Part” tenant-initiated cases) window opens 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F, and is closed 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., M-F.
The Help Center is open from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., M-F. The Help Center closes 1:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m., M-F.
Landlord/Tenant offices (Commercial Part / NYCHA / Illegal Lockouts - Unrepresented Litigants) are located at 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10451. The general hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F.
