Arraignment Part

• Each Monday at 9:00 a.m. for all criminal and traffic matters
• Emergency arraignments on weekends and holidays as required
   

Criminal and Traffic Trial Terms

• All Purpose
• Terms 1 thru 13 - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m. with DWI part on the second and fourth Friday of each month at 9:00 a.m./ DV Part is the first and third Friday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
• Jury Terms
• Terms 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 - Mondays at 1:00 p.m.
• Additional days as designated by City Court Judge
   

Commercial and Small Claims Court

• Terms 1 thru 13
• Thursdays at 1:00 p.m.
• Special Time requests must be submitted in writing to the Court for the Judge's review.
• Additional week days as designated by City Court Judge
   

Cortland Intervention Court

• Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. and Fridays at 1:30 p.m.
   

Civil, Landlord Tenant Matters and Motions

• Terms 1 thru 13
• Thursdays 9:00 a.m.
• Additional days as designated by City Court Judge
