Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, Welcomes New Associate Justice
Governor Kathy Hochul has designated Justice Lisa S. Ottley, of the Supreme Court, Kings County, to the Appellate Division, Second Department, as the Court’s newest Associate Justice.
