When searching for decisions on applications for extensions of time or for withdrawal of an appeal or proceeding, please note that such applications are determined en masse, in orders titled “Mtr of Applications for Extensions of Time” and “Mtr of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals or Proceedings,” respectively. Such orders may issue several times a week.
