Filing of Signed Documents and Supporting Documents
As of May 8, 2019, Delaware County Supreme Court will file any and all signed originals with supporting documentation directly with the Delaware County Clerk’s Office, so it will no longer be the responsibility of the attorneys/parties to do so. Please continue to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope, so we can advise when it has been filed. You may obtain certified copies at the County Clerk’s Office at an additional fee.
