Court Calendar Days

The Queens County Surrogate’s Court Calendar Days will be as follows:

Preliminary Conference Calendar

Preliminary Conference Calendar is scheduled every Monday at 9:30 A.M.

Pre-Trial Conference Calendar

Pre-Trial Conference Calendar is scheduled every Tuesday at 9:30 A.M.

Trials

Trials will be scheduled 15 days after a Note of Issue is filed.

Please Note:
All parties should be ready to proceed immediately to trial on the date their matter appears on the Trial Calendar.

Guardianship Matters

Guardianship Matters will be scheduled on Wednesdays at 9:30 A.M.

Adoption Calendar

Adoption Calendar will be scheduled on Wednesdays by the Court at 9:30 A.M.

Process & Motion Calendars

The Process and Motion Calendars will be scheduled every Thursday at 9:30 A.M., except on Thanksgiving.

Hard copies of all motion papers are required and must be submitted no later than the motion return date.
