Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 through October 15) is an annual celebration of the rich history and culture of Hispanic and Latino Americans and their enormous contributions to our courts, communities, and civic fabric. Courts throughout New York State are hosting and participating in events and initiatives to commemorate the traditions of our diverse Hispanic and Latino communities and highlight the achievements of Hispanic and Latino Americans, among them the many dedicated Unified Court System judges and nonjudicial personnel who are integral in carrying out the court system’s important mission. This Hispanic Heritage Month homepage shines a spotlight on some of these programs and individuals.
