Civics Essay Contest - September 22 through November 30

In an effort to further our mission to foster civic literacy and education, the Office of Statewide Civic Engagement of the New York State Unified Court System is pleased to announce our second annual Civics essay contest. We invite all high school students who are NYS residents to submit an essay. Submissions Open September 22, and the deadline to submit an entry is November 30.
