Important Notice
Effective May 30, 2025, NY State courthouses located at 1200 Old Country Road in Westbury (Family Court) and 400 County Seat Drive in Mineola (Matrimonial Center) will close permanently.
Effective June 2, 2025, all Family Court & Matrimonial matters will be heard at the new Court Complex located at 101 County Seat Drive, Mineola, NY 11501.
