The Queens County Clerk’s Office has a rotating list for the assignments of newspapers for publication. All publication directives are assigned in the order that each request for publication is received. You may request your publication designation in person or by email:
Section 206 of the New York State Limited Liability Company Law requires that within 120 days after the effectiveness of the initial articles of organization, a limited liability company (LLC) must publish in two newspapers a copy of the articles of organization or a notice related to the formation of the LLC. The newspapers must be designated by the County Clerk of the county in which the office of the LLC is located.

ABC. LAW § 110-a : NY Code - Section 110-A: Notice of application for certain licenses to be published by applicant requires that notice shall be published once a week for two successive weeks in one daily and one weekly newspaper, to be designated by the County Clerk, published in the county in which the prospective licensed premises are located.
