E-File System
Queens County Clerk’s Office participates in the e-file "NYSCEF" system. You must register with the e-file system first in order to participate in filings.

There is a Mandatory E-Filing for all Commercial Case Types beginning on July 13, 2016.
E-File Hardcopy Filing
In some cases in addition to NYSCEF website, when a party declines to participate in electronic filing and hard copy files you will also have to view the County Clerks Minutes for a complete docket of the proceeding.
(Hardcopy filing is when the document is file in the County Clerk’s Minutes and not in the NYSCEF system.)
