Overview

In New York City, the five County Clerks serve as jury commissioners and also perform a range of non-jury functions including the maintenance of Supreme Court case records, certification of Supreme Court documents, filing of business certificates and collection of fees for the filing of court documents.

Our web site has been designed to enhance and provide greater access to all records and court proceedings. Many of the questions, concerns and issues that previously required a visit to our office can now be answered online. Information on NYS Tax Warrants

As of March 10, 2023, the Queens County Clerk will no longer be accepting for filing, any trusts and/or trust documents of any kind.

All Supreme Court matters can be filed online using the New York State Courts Electronic system.

Records are available to be viewed online.

All Court Forms are available online.

Beginning June 8, 2021, the Queens County Clerk will no longer be processing requests for certified criminal records.
