Any e-filed application or submission to Queens Supreme, Civil Term will be processed by the specific intake department as would any hard copy filing.

E-Filing in Queens Supreme, Civil Term, is governed by 22NYCRR 202.5-b.

Counsel are advised that per rule:

  • upon request, the court may require the parties to provide working copies of documents filed electronically. In such event, each working copy shall include, firmly affixed thereto, a copy of the confirmation notice received from the NYSCEF site upon the electronic filing of such document.
  • a party that has opted out of participation in e-file shall file documents in hard copy which shall include, on a separate page firmly affixed thereto, the Notice of Hard Copy Submission - E-Filed Case Form.
