LLC & PLLC Publications
To obtain your mandatory LLC and PLLC Publications, you must email your request with the following documents as PDF’s to [email protected]:
- Filing receipt for the LLC or PLLC which must specify New York County
- Articles of Organization
Please be advised, you must publish only in the two newspapers designated to you by the New York County Clerk. You must publish for six consecutive weeks in both newspapers. Also, please take notice, that any publication in a newspaper other than the ones designated to you by the New York County Clerk will be deemed invalid.
Once the advertisement has been published in both newspapers, the newspaper will send you an Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Publication. You must make copies of these affidavits along with the Certificate of Publication and submit the copies to the following address with a $50.00 filing fee. Please contact the New York Department of State, Division of Corporations to verify all acceptable forms of payment.

Liquor License Publications
To obtain your mandatory Liquor License Publications (SLA), you must email your request along with the filing receipt for the license attached as a PDF to [email protected].
Please be advised, the filing receipt for the liquor license must specify New York County. You must publish only in the two newspapers designated by the New York County Clerk for two consecutive weeks. Also, please take notice, that any publication in a newspaper other than the ones designated to you by the New York County Clerk will be deemed invalid.
Once the advertisement has been published in both newspapers, the newspaper will send you an Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Publication.
