The Law & Equity Department manages the filing and processing of civil cases, including commercial disputes, foreclosures, matrimonial actions, and other cases in Bronx County.
Filing Supreme Court Papers
All documents must contain the attorney's name, address and telephone, index numbers and comply with Part 130 of the Rules of the Chief Administrator. All third party actions must contain both the main caption and index number, as well as the third party caption.
