In New York City, the five County Clerks serve as jury commissioners and also perform a range of non-jury functions including the maintenance of Supreme Court case records, certification of Supreme Court documents, filing of business certificates and collection of fees for the filing of court documents.

Our office is open during the following times Monday through Friday:
Bronx County Clerk's Office, Room 118: 9:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Passport Department, Room 118: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM AND 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Jury Division, Room 313: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
*All departments in Room 118 are closed for lunch from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM*

Directions
There are multiple ways to travel to our office. See the recommended travel methods below:
Public Transportation (Subway): Take the 4, B, or D train to the 161st Street – Yankee Stadium station. Note: The elevator is currently out of service at this station.
Public Transportation (Bus): Take the Bx1 or Bx2 bus to E 161st Street & Grand Concourse or take the Bx6 bus to River Avenue & 161st Street.
Driving: Take the Major Deegan Expressway, Exit 5, 161 St. to Grand Concourse. Street parking and public parking garages are limited and available nearby for a fee.
